Get to Know Me
Real estate has its up and downs and crazy swings every so often, but I feel lucky that I listened to my friend who said, “You should do real estate!” I’ve been able to help hundreds of people find their
perfect home, sell it for their next perfect home, invest in real estate, and retire to their perfect condo in the mountains.
Buying a home in northern Colorado will always be a great investment.
Let’s make sure it’s the right one for you.
Don't Fence Me In! Open Areas and Cool Spaces
When I was a student at CSU years ago, I didn’t own a car, so I walked and biked everywhere with my
trusty companion, Demian, a black Springer Spaniel mix who put up with our long walks and short bike
rides. The Poudre Trail wasn’t yet in place but there were plenty of dirt trails and paths along the Poudre
River and wander, we did.
Having lived so long in the area, I know streets and neighborhoods and all the best walking trails. I’ve
also rescued many dogs in northern Colorado and together we’ve enjoyed open spaces, parks, and the
dirt paths along the river from up the Canyon to halfway to Greeley.
I’ll be posting photos and videos of my local travels with my Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix Frida as we visit
all the parks and trails and out-of-the-way places that make northern Colorado the incredible place it is.
